A room made with NOBKSDS and warm materials and comfortable machines from the prestigious American brand Life Fitness of the latest technology, and along with a cosy setting, exercising here will become a unique moment for your body and mind.

Start by warming up in one of our cardiovascular training machines and enjoy all of their advanced multimedia options by managing their training programme from the touch screen. You can also connect your iPod or iPhone to the machines: select the music that you want to listen to or watch your videos on our º7” screen.

Comfortable fitness stations to work on your body muscles, a POLEAS system in which you will be able to carry out many exercises with all the equipment you need to keep fit, which you can find in the Fitness Room of Spazio Wellness.

Terms of use

To access the fitness area, you will have to use adequate clothes and footwear.

People under the age of 16 will not be able to use the facilities of the fitness room.
